Attorney Dodd recently sold out 2 clinics, which will take place on December 4 and 5 in Indianapolis, Indiana and on December 7 and 8 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. About the Clinics

All attendees experience 2 days with Roger Dodd, an additional faculty member, and 2 professional improv actors, who will play the parts of various witnesses. Clinics focus on cross-examinations and cover the following skills and techniques:

• Conducting a constructive cross
• Anticipating the mental, emotional, psychological, and physiological responses of witnesses during the cross
• Staying organized during the preparation and delivery of the cross using chapters
• Maximizing the effect of the cross by sequencing its chapters
• Controlling an opposing expert witness
• Using the rule of threes to make your cross memorable
• Loops, double loops, and spontaneous loops
• Controlling difficult witnesses

Dodd’s insight and constructive criticism are valuable to attorneys in all fields. Throughout the workshop, participants will be on their feet performing cross-examinations in an unscripted, nurturing, and intentionally intense environment.
