In order to qualify as one of these 100 attorneys, a prospective candidate must have either 3 verdicts totaling above $1 million, or a single verdict that surpasses $10 million in recovery. Additionally, the candidate must have considerable experience and widely-acknowledged courtroom skill – and they must have handled at least 50 trial cases on their own.

Once a lawyer has met these qualifications, however, it doesn’t stop there. In order to keep qualifying as a full member of The Inner Circle, the most recent major verdict has to be just 5 years old or less. That means that all current members in good standing must be continuously generating million and multi-million dollar verdicts for their personal injury clients.
