Trudi Elegino


Trudi is a Certified Paralegal to Barry Newman, who litigates aviation crashes, wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims, premises liability and products liability claims. She attended college at Florida State College Criminal Justice and Jones College where she earned her Certificate in Paralegal Studies- to date, she has more than 25 years of paralegal experience. Previously she worked in Law enforcement for Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. She is a current member of the American Bar Association, Registered Online Notary, National Native American Law Enforcement Association and National Federation of Paralegal Associations and currently completing her certification as Guardian Ad Litem Advocate.

She resides with her husband a retired Sergeant from The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Together they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. Trudi is a Native American and enjoys sharing that part of her heritage with family and friends.
