Matthew Spohrer is a partner with the firm. He practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights, intentional torts, consumer protection, and insurance and contract disputes.

Spohrer earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, Jacksonville, Florida and his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. His professional affiliations include The Florida Bar; Jacksonville Bar Association, American Association for Justice and the Florida Justice Association.

Spohrer co-authored Focusing the Jury which appeared in the American Bar Association, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Newsletter Winter 2009.
