Nancy O’Grady serves as paralegal to partners Jay Howanitz and Roger Dodd. She joined the firm in November 2000 and brought extensive trial experience and background in product liability cases. She enjoys working on complex legal issues and seeing clients receive the ultimate satisfaction they deserve. Nancy grew up in Jacksonville and received her legal training at Jones College in 1981. Throughout the years, she has written articles, newsletters and presented presentations to various paralegal associations at the local and national level. Nancy is an active member of the First Coast Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida and participates in a national organization whose attorney members are dedicated to sharing information, experiences and effective litigation practices for the benefit of clients who are the victims of dangerous and defective products. She served on the board of the Northeast Florida Paralegal Association as first vice president from 2007 – 2008 and as treasurer from 2009 – 2010.
Nancy enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Michael Sullivan, and their puggle, Max, and assisting with their restaurant and shellfish farm in Crescent Beach, Florida.
